The Velvorex warranty
Every Velvorex lighting product is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of delivery, in addition to your 30-day money-back guarantee and any statutory rights you have under EU and national consumer law. Nothing here reduces those rights.
What is covered
The two-year warranty covers failure in normal use of:
- LED light engines and optical fibre
- Controllers, remotes and power cables supplied with the product
- Manufacturing defects in the mat, housing or insert itself
If a covered part fails, we replace it. If a replacement is not available, we refund it.
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, water ingress from an unsealed installation, or damage caused during fitting
- Normal cosmetic wear — scuffing, fading of surface finishes, dirt
- Damage caused by modification, by cutting or splicing the supplied cabling, or by connecting the product to a supply outside its rated voltage
- Products bought from a reseller rather than directly from velvorex.com
- Consequential damage to the vehicle arising from an installation carried out by the owner or a third party
How to claim
- Email support@velvorex.com with your order number.
- Describe the fault and, where possible, attach a short photo or video showing it.
- We respond with next steps. Most claims are resolved by sending a replacement part; we will tell you if the item needs to be returned first.
You do not need the original packaging to make a claim.
