Where is my order?
Every Velvorex order ships with tracked delivery. As soon as your parcel leaves our facility you receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
How to track
- Open the shipping confirmation email we sent you.
- Click Track your order, or copy the tracking number.
- Paste the number into the carrier's website to see live progress.
Typical delivery times
- Germany — 5–8 business days
- Rest of Europe — 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada — 7–12 business days
Tracking can take 2–4 business days to show its first scan after dispatch. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
