1. Overview

This website is operated by Velvorex. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Velvorex. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products and pricing

We do our best to display product colours and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable EU taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to change prices without notice, and to limit or refuse any order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

5. Product use and safety

The Pure Steam heats water to high temperature and releases it under pressure. You agree to read the supplied instructions before use, keep the device out of reach of children while in use, never aim it at people or animals, and test delicate or unsealed surfaces on a hidden area first. It is not suitable for unsealed wood, waxed floors or cold glass. We are not liable for damage caused by use that departs from the supplied instructions.

6. Warranty

The device carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorised repair, limescale build-up caused by failing to follow the maintenance instructions, or normal wear of consumable accessories. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

7. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. The site may contain historical information which is not necessarily current.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property, to transmit malicious code, to collect personal information about others, or to interfere with the security features of the site.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, graphics, logos and layout — belongs to Velvorex or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Velvorex harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
